The Northwestern Hillel building offers a variety of multipurpose rooms that can be tailored to accommodate your individual rental needs. Our building is an accessible, central, and versatile space for many uses, including, learning, workshops, and lectures.

What if I can't afford the full price?
What if I want to rent rooms regularly?
Other arrangements can be made for groups needing rental for more than 1 hour or on a more frequent basis (more than 10x/year). Please contact the Program Associate for rates based upon your individual needs and budget
What's the deal with food?
Do I have to clean up after my event?

All trash, compost, and recyclables should be thrown in the proper container. -
Any other Hillel property or supplies should be cleaned and returned to the proper storage place. -
Furniture may be left in place. -
Renters will pay for loss, breakage, and/or other damage to the building, property and its equipment caused by the renter’s use. -
Decorations or signs should be put up immediately prior to the event and taken down immediately after the event.
What is your alcohol policy?

No alcoholic beverages may be served to anyone under 21 years of age on Hillel property. -
Wine and liquor may be permitted at private events. If served, it should be dispensed in moderation only. -
Bar service is permissible as long as it is not a cash bar. -
The tending of the bar is the caterer’s responsibility and Hillel employees cannot tend bar. -
No person or organization using Hillel facilities may sell liquor by the drink. -
Further, no person or organization using Hillel facilities may allow guests to bring their own liquor. -
Student groups must follow Northwestern University’s Alcohol Policies.
