We're excited to offer you several ways to cultivate your own Shabbat experience this quarter! Please use this page as your hub to sign up for a meal or reimbursement, or to submit your receipt.
Meal Sign Up
Q: What is the meal?
A: It changes each week! They are all individually wrapped, catered, and Kosher. Each meal comes with two challah rolls and dessert. If you have a menu request, just ask and we'll see how we can make it happen!
Q: How do I get a meal?
A: Each week, a new Shabbat meal sign up will be released on this page. You have until Tuesday at 3 pm CT to sign up in order to guarantee your meal. We order extras, but if you sign up in advance you'll be sure to get the one you want!
Q: I have a dietary restriction - can you accommodate that?
A: Yes! We can make modifications to fit your needs. Please include that in the notes of your form.

If you want to purchase ingredients to host your own Shabbat meal, we will offer partial reimbursements! Please read the following information to learn more.
This quarter, we also want to highlight local Kosher, BIPOC, and vegan/vegetarian restaurants to help support the Evanston community! You can check out the list of restaurants, and we will reimburse your Shabbat meals. (Other restaurants are also reimbursable, too!)
Q: How much will you reimburse?
A: $12 per student for Shabbat dinners, and $8 per student for Shabbat lunches. Please note that we do not reimburse for tax. If you need the tax exemption form, reach out to Ilana at email@example.com.
Q: How do I sign up for a reimbursement?
A: Complete the form below by the Thursday before the Shabbat to sign up! Then, after the meal, you will have to complete a second form to submit your receipts and information.
Q: When will I receive the reimbursement?
A: You should receive the check within 2-3 weeks.

By the following Tuesday, complete this form with the following to guarantee your reimbursement.
